Life is stressful and there are certain areas of our lives that seem to draw us toward a state of extreme worry. Anxiety looks different for everybody. I offer tools to mitigate immediate symptoms and work with you toward long term worry resolution.

At some point, we all get stuck in unhealthy patterns that are not allowing our relationships to flourish and fulfill us in the way we would like. It happens with friends, family, kids, and significant others.
